Terms of Service
Short, honest version — by creating an account or using Signal Deck you agree to all of this.
1. The service
Signal Deck is a decision-support and paper-trading tool. It surfaces market signals and simulates trading with virtual money. It does not manage money, execute real trades for subscribers, or give advice.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. One account per person; keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Not advice
Everything in the Disclaimer is part of these terms. Signals are information, not recommendations; you make your own decisions at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe until cancelled (effective at the end of the billing period). Prices and plan features may change with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Lapsed subscriptions revert to the free plan.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, reselling, or redistributing the data or signals; no reverse-engineering the signal methodology; no sharing accounts; no unlawful use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (or the service) at any time. We are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service — to the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
7. Privacy
We store your email, settings, watchlist, and paper-trading activity to run the service; payments are processed by Stripe (we never see card numbers). We don't sell your data.
Price charts on stock pages are provided by TradingView, loaded in an isolated frame served from TradingView's own domain — its code runs separately from Signal Deck and cannot read your pages, session, or data here. Within that frame TradingView may set its own cookies and collect standard visitor data (such as your IP address) under TradingView's own privacy policy. The only information we pass to it is the ticker symbol being viewed — never your identity, watchlist, or activity.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be flagged in-app.
